Job Description is hiring a Sales Conversion Manager in our Morris Plains, NJ location. The Sales Conversion Manager partners with Office Managers, Affiliate Owners, and Sales Associates to achieve the highest possible conversion of company generated sales leads. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Promotes in many forums using all media channels available and presenting our value proposition and techniques to both small and large groups          
  • Manages and refines team incentive compensation models
  • Drives the conversion of internet generated leads for Weichert Owned Offices, Affiliates and Rentals
  • Selects agents to receive internet generated leads
  • Analyzes lead distribution and business metrics to ascertain offices and sales associates who need improvement
  • Assists in supporting Office Managers and Affiliate owners and guiding them to achieve a higher level of WLN conversion
  • Manages and conduct webinars for call sessions that reengage inactive leads
  • Coaches Associates on proper sales techniques
  • Prepares all arrangements for office tours of the facility, including but not limited to customizing presentations, coordinating agenda with internal stakeholders and conducting the tour
  • Manages exemption requests, support needs and inquiries from Office Management, Associates and Affiliates
  • Recruits Associates to Weichert
  • Compiles monthly, quarterly and annual statistics by office and associate for publication companywide
  • Contributes to the strategy. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Corporate Communications or Public Relations preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Real Estate license preferred
  • Real estate sales and/or sales management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate business and the conversion of internet leads
  • Fluency in foreign languages highly desired
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
  • Superior analytical and diagnostic skills and the ability to apply analysis in determining appropriate next steps
  • Excellent computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software applications
  • Possesses superior personnel development and delegation skills, including training / facilitation
  • Capable of effectively preparing and delivering presentations
  • Demonstrates professional demeanor in all business interactions and relationships
  • Willing to travel to office meetings as needed
