Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring an Expense Management Coordinator in our corporate office in Parsippany, NJ. This is a hybrid role requiring two in-office days. The Expense Management Coordinator is responsible for auditing client expense reports and vendor vouchers for accuracy as well as coding and data entry into accounting system for subsequent payment.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing client expense reports to ensure compliance with client company policy and procedures;
- Verifying clerical accuracy of expense reports and supporting documentation;
- Ensuring that expense items are properly categorized for client cost reporting purposes;
- Identifying exceptions to the policy and validating exception authorizations;
- Notifying Client Service Team of any issues and corrective action taken with expense reports;
- Reviewing vendor vouchers for compliance with company policy;
- Accurately inputting all expense information in tracking system on a timely basis;
- Conduct monthly and as needed reconciliations of all expenses and client payroll;
- Determining the appropriate taxability of the relocation expenses and ensuring the accuracy of the coding into accounting system and subsequent payment;
- Special projects as identified by the business.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of Associates Degree preferably in Business or equivalent work experience;
- Demonstrated strength in problem solving;
- 3+ years experience in accounts payable or relevant functions, internship or temp employment in relevant functions will be considered;
- Previous customer service experience a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products;
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including the candidate’s relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
