Job Description

Weichert Co. is hiring a Commissions Coordinator in our Morris Plains, NJ corporate headquarters. The  Commissions Coordinator will be responsible for accurately compensating eligible Sales Associates for both commission disbursements and payments earned through various Company programs. 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 ·         Reviews and processes accurate commission data for eligible Sales Associates.  Identifies discrepancies and/or problem items.   

·         Responsible for daily bank deposit processing, distribution of mail and other clerical functions.

·        Processes commission files and cuts checks and/or sends direct deposit feeds.  

·         Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a banking, customer service, or payables environment required
  •  Previous data entry and personal computer experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Working knowledge of data entry processes
  •  Strong oral and written communications skills when communicating with all members of management
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
