Job Description

The Assistant of Leadership Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and attracting prospective residential brokerage merger and acquisition candidates in the Pennsylvania and South Jersey regions.

v  Researching and identifying potential acquisition prospects. v  Contact prospects to assess interest and set up follow up meetings. v  Coordinate scheduling of potential prospects and visits to Central. v  Builds and develops strong relationship and networks with industry partners and external sources to improve sourcing opportunities. v  Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to stay abreast of current and future business needs.   v  Upon closing of M&A transactions, act as project coordinator interacting with all departments to ensure a smooth transition and assisting the applicable Regional Vice President as needed to bring new company on-board. v  Tracks and provides reports as needed regarding your progress. v  Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education, Certification, and License Requirementsv  High school diploma or GEDv  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferredv  Valid driver’s license Experiencev  Five (5) or more years of related recruiting and/or business experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilitiesv  Ability to successfully recruit leadership positionsv  Strong lead generation and prospecting skillsv  Knowledge of current sourcing techniques and technologiesv  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of productsv  Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of managementv  Strong analytical and problem solving abilityv  Strong attention to detailv  Strong customer service and relationship building skillsv  Good people management skillsv  Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions v  Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
