We are currently looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to provide support for our busy Medford, NJ sales office. This position is responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the sales manager.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
- Processing real estate transactions i.e. inputting listings and sales into OSS and MLS.
- Distributing US and interoffice mail and faxes.
- Preparing office event flyers, monthly activity calendars, and marketing materials for Sales Associates.
- Contacting vendors when services are needed for the office equipment
- Maintaining Facebook page.
- Performs other office support duties as assigned
Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 1-3 years office administration experience
- Real Estate office experience is a plus
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong computer skills a must
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task effectively
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor
