Weichert Workforce Mobility is currently hiring Expense Management Coordinators to work out of our corporate office in Morris Plains, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing client expense reports and vendor vouchers as well as coding and data entry into our accounting system for subsequent payments.
In addition as an Expense Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing client expense reports, partnering closely with members of our Client Service Team to verify the accuracy of the reports, and ensuring that expense items are properly categorized for client cost reporting purposes.
Along with your excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service experience you will need to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
